Ring-A-Ling! Hear them Ring! Soon it will be Christmas at Hale Mauliola (HMO)! It is that time of year when there are many opportunities to reach out and bring some joy to our fellow community members! The IHS staff really appreciate the support we (Rotary and Community) give them and our presence brings hope to their clients knowing that there are people in the community who care about them and who want to do what they can to help them rise above their circumstances. IHS shared that they honestly would not be able to do as much as without our help. DETAILS TO KNOW: Dress Code: Casual - long pants or leggings, shirt (no tank tops or cropped tops), closed-toed shoes. Hats and sunscreen are strongly recommended as it does get hot out there. Shift Time: Saturday, December 9th, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Drinks and snacks will be provided. Sign-In Procedure: Please log your hours using the OR Code that can be found in the operations trailer. It's a big white structure with red trim. It is crucial that we can track our volunteer hours. Please ask an IHS staff member if you are unsure where to go. Report To: There’s a guard shack that will be on your left when you arrive. Let me know that you are there to perform and that you are there to volunteer. I’ll be there before and let the guard know that you’ll be coming in. Volunteer Agreement Form: There will be a Volunteer Agreement Form to complete prior to attending. So please sign up early. Register and then click on the Volunteer sign up sheet! Please share your email so we can get the form to you! Mahalo for spreading Joy to others!
