Rotarian Frances Mossman developed a program for the Rotary Club of Honolulu in 2016-2017 entitled "How Prepared is Hawaii for Disasters" that included guest speakers from the City & County of Honolulu, The US Pacific Command, the Hawaii Department of Defense, and the Hawaii State Chapter of the American Red Cross.
